A option expires automatically after 14 days. Course u can lengthen the duration again with 14 workingdays after, if the execution is further then days in the future and there isn't a second offer.

Perfectly tuned light and sound are indispensable for the succes of your event. That's why we also take care of different technical facilities. Is there allready technique present on the eventlocation, the we will talk to their technician to settle everything. The technical needs for our entertainment are to be found in the technical rider. You can download this rider below every exclusive act.

Placing a booking works the same as placing a option through the contactform on our website under the selected act. Offcourse you can also ask your questions by mail. Then just send us a message to info@cosolo.ae.

After the open ended quote route and your spoken oke to that, you will receive a orderconfirmation with in it all the made appointments. Within 14 days we would like to receive the orderconfirmation signed back. U then will get a advance bill. This bill is 75% of the whole contractvalue. After the execution of the event you will receive the end bill. This contains the remaining 25% plus the owed tax. Our paymentperiod is 14 days.

If you have the first option on a certain act, you will have the first right to book. The option term is 14 days. If there's a second offer, than your option still will remain valid and the second offer will also get the second option. U will always be informed about this. If the second client wants to go to the booking process, you will have 48 hours the time to decide if you want to go to a booking or you will cancel the option.

If you cant confirm within the given time. Then the second offer will automatically be accepted. We will offcourse still look for combination posibilities or advise another alternative act.

We always strive to clear appointments way ahead of execution. Every detail on every thinkable area will be discussed and confirmed written. Next to our service before the event, we will also supply you with a central contact on the eventday itself. This way you can enjoy your own event without worrying.

All our exclusive acts are booked  without technique. This means you won't ever pay for technique that's already at the location. Offcourse we also deliver the matching AV technique. If the technique is already present, we will make specific agreements with the supllier of technique.

For al our exclusive acts and bookings applies that the fee is based on a six hour duration/ present on location. If the artist has to be longer than these six hours on location we will charge the waiting hours. These are different for each act. This also applies on technique ordered via CoSoloEntertainment.ae.

If you have booked an artist or act through CoSoloEntertainment.ae you are insured of a clear agreement and good service. During your event, there will always be an artistmanager/daily director present at the location on behalve of CoSoloEntertainment.nl. This means that this manager will take care of the artists and will make sure that the timeschedule will be followed up. The artistmanager will consult with the caterer or the location manager about the programm. The artistmanager is also your contact for your event regarding the booked entertainment and the corresponding (AV-)technique. This way you can fully participate at their own event.

We do expect you to take care of the following: 
- a dressingroom for the artists decorated with table(s) and chairs, mirror(s), a washroom, clear lightning and water from the tap;
- food and beverages for artists and crew (lunch/dinner, coffee/tea, water and soda's);
- parkingplaces near the entrance of the event location.

Daily direction/management is an extra service of CoSoloEntertainment.ae. The daymanager/director of CoSoloEntertainment.ae will make sure that artists and acts will be managed backstage. For instance, the artistmanager will check if all required settlements have been made, informe the artists about routing to the dressingrooms, he/she will co-ordinate with artists and soundtechnician the required soundcheck and will consult with the duty/location manager and/or partymanager of the caterer about the programm of the event. Of cours the artistmanager is also your contact at the event. So if you have any question, you just ask your daymanager. In this way you do not have to worry and you can enjoy your event, the show and the presence of your guests. 

CoSoloEntertainment.ae supplies, next to the service of booking the right act or artist, extra service in the form of daily direction. You will always have a permenant contactperson. This contact will be happy to learn about your expectations and will present the best entertainment proposal to fit your question. The same contact will arrange all the additional businesses related to the booking. For instance CoSoloEntertainment.ae will monitor the setup of the required technical equipment and they will consult with the location or caterer about the programm. Besides this, your contact will be present from the start of the setup and will be the contact for the artists backstage. Your contact will make sure the execution or your event/programm will run spottless.

CoSoloEntertainment.ae uses a cancelation scheme with every booking. This means that from the orderconfirmation to 10 working days before the project execution date (event- or booking date), CoSoloEntertainment.ae will charge all actual costs and future costs. If the cancelation of the assignment is less then 10 working days before the project execution date (event or booking date), the client owes CoSoloEntertainment.ae the full amount of the contractvalue. All cancellations made before orderconfirmation are without any costs.

CoSoloEntertainment.ae is a brand of Co Solo Events and is obligated to secrecy of all information and details of her clients to third partys. CoSoloEntertainment.ae will handle under the name of an assignment and will take all possible precautions for the protection of the interests of her clients. For administrative purposes only, CoSoloEntertainment.ae will keep contactinformation of her clients on file.
Client shall, without permission of CoSoloEntertainment.ae, not make any anouncements to third partys about the handling of CoSoloEntertainment.ae methods, ideas or concepts. Fold in

Placing an option is costfree and of course without any obligations. An option on one of the acts or artists has a duration of 14 days (2 weeks) starting on the day of placing the option. Extending this period is possible with another 14 days (2 weeks). However, this is only possible if there is no second option on your event date and time.

Next to the fee of the act or artist, there might be some additional costs. These could be costs for technical equipment such as sound- or lightsystem, travel expenses, cost of accommodation, parkingfee and costs for lunch/dinner and beverages on location for the artist(s) and crew. In our proposal you will receive a breakdown of the expected additional costs and related terms and conditions. 

All artists and acts of CoSoloEntertainment.ae are carefully selected. Only acts or artists with which CoSoloEntertainment.ae has had positive experiences are being placed on the website or introduced to our clients. When CoSoloEntertainment.ae hasn't got any experience with a specific act or artist, referrals are checked and performances will be visited. This way you will always be assured of a proffesional performance.

There will always be the possibility that an artist gets sick. An annoying situation for the artist and for you as client. In this case, we will immediately start looking for an alternative artist. CoSoloEntertainment.ae will suggests other available options at the same (price)level and guarantees you a spottles execution.
